If your case is progressed to the Crown Court, or you are appealing a Magistrates Court decision to the Crown Court our solicitors are on-hand to help you. Most persons appearing before the Crown Court in respect of criminal prosecutions qualify for legal aid. However, a contribution may be payable depending on your means.
